The recertification process includes on-site audits at branches across the country as part of a rigorous process that determines the qualifications and competency of the staff, and the ongoing monitoring of their performance.

Patricia Layton, RN, MSN's EVP and Chief Nursing Officer commented, "Earning recertification for the fifth consecutive time emphasizes Medical Staffing Network's commitment to continually improve the level of care for our clients and their patients. We're very proud of the excellence embodied by our clinical staff, and the dedication and hard work of our corporate staff, who ensure the highest level of quality, integrity and service every day."

The Joint Commission's certification program offers an independent evaluation of a staffing firm's ability to provide competent staffing services. Its accreditation signifies that an organization has complied with national safety and quality care standards, and is committed to continually improving patient care processes and practices.

Said Michele Sacco, M.S., Executive Director, Health Care Staffing Services Certification, The Joint Commission, "Health care organizations that contract with Medical Staffing Network can look to Joint Commission certification as an assurance that MSN demonstrates a commitment to providing and continuously improving quality services."
