The Parts Finder form requests buyers to fill out the online form in as much detail as possible, including fields for: category, device, manufacturer, model, parts detail, version, destination and other factors.

To further improve the MedWOW buyer and seller experience, a decision was made to charge only the sellers of medical equipment a transaction fee, and only after deals are successfully completed. The buyer's fee has been entirely eliminated, so the buyer does not have to pay a fee when purchasing both new and used medical equipment through the MedWOW platform.
