Megabus.com Launches New Bus Tracking Application for Customers App, first-of-its-kind in the intercity bus industry, will be available on iOS and Android devices
NEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Megabus.com, the widely popular city-to-city, express bus company with fares from $1, announced the launch of its new "Megabus USA" mobile application. Passengers can use the free app — the first of its kind in the intercity bus industry — to determine the estimated time of arrival for their bus and find bus stop locations.

The app – the only official megabus.com application - is available for iOS and Android platforms. Once downloaded, users can input their origin and destination cities and the times they are traveling to confirm what time their bus will arrive.
Megabus USA is available at this time to passengers traveling on megabus.com's Midwest and Southeast routes. Northeast routes will be added soon. Current cities available for tracking include: Ann Arbor, Atlanta, Birmingham, Champaign, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbia, Columbus, Des Moines, Detroit, Gainesville, Indianapolis, Iowa City, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Knoxville, Madison, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Mobile, Montgomery, Nashville, Omaha, Orlando, St. Louis and Toledo.
