Meitu's BeautyPlus Becomes First Beauty App to Support Facebook Video Profile, Will Leverage Facebook's New Expression Kit To Help Users Create Video Selfies

Facebook's new profile videos are 7-second video clips allowing users a new and fun way to express themselves on their profile page. As part of the launch on Tuesday, April 12th at the 2016 F8 Developers Conference, Meitu joined a small group of app developers including Boomerang by Instagram, Vine, Flixel, Lollicam and MSQRD to help Facebook promote its new expression kit and video selfie feature.

BeautyPlus helps smartphone users make beautiful photo and video selfies using simple and fun retouch tools and filters. Working with Facebook, BeautyPlus users will now be able to easily retouch their 7-second video selfies and, with its new "Make Profile Video" feature, make updating their Facebook profile a snap.
