Mentoring and IT Career Advancement Will Highlight Discussion at Upcoming CompTIA Webinar

Eger, a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado, conducts social science research on computing occupations, gender, organizations and education with NCWIT's Workforce and K-12 Alliances. She is a co-author of NCWIT's Girls and IT report, the Male Advocates report and the upcoming revision of the Women and IT report.

In this webinar Eger will explore how to use mentoring and sponsorship to maximize opportunities for a productive and rewarding career in IT. Takeaways from her presentation will include:
