Merrick Towle Communications Wins Top Real Estate Marketing Award in Seven Out of Eleven Years Agency Charts Record Number of Wins for National Real Estate Marketing Award
BELTSVILLE, Md., Oct. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Merrick Towle Communications, an integrated marketing communications firm in the DC Metro area, has won seven Pillars awards in the Best Overall Leasing Campaign category in the last eleven years -- more than any other agency across the nation. This best of category marketing award is given by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to honor the industry's most creative and effective marketing campaigns and industry leaders in real estate.
News of the seventh award came earlier this month, when Merrick Towle Communications won Best Overall Leasing Campaign for a Rental Community for the NRP Group's Cevallos Lofts, an apartment community in San Antonio, Texas. Cevallos Lofts hosted a "Cool Locations" Facebook and Twitter-centric contest that challenged San Antonio residents to find and photograph the CL sculpture placed at participating businesses where the grand prize winner was awarded an iPad.
