The company will continue to operate under the MED Group name and will remain based in Lubbock, Texas.  Bill Elliott, the MED Group CEO, will be resigning from his position, but will remain as a consultant to assist with the transition.  All other members of the MED Group management team will be joining MHA in full-time capacities.
