PORT ST LUCIE, Fla., Jan. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Todd LP maker of the Soniclear antimicrobial sonic skin cleansing system today announced that it has entered into a definitive final agreement to settle a complaint brought by Pacific Bioscience Laboratories before the International Trade Commission and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. The settlement will result in Michael Todd continuing to sell sonic skin cleansing devices, brushes and chargers.
The parties will file joint motions to terminate the ITC investigation as to Michael Todd and dismiss with prejudice all claims against Michael Todd in the District Court Action. The specific terms of the settlement are confidential but neither of the parties makes any admissions or concessions regarding the merits of the other party's claims.
Michael Todd believes that settling the cases at this time is in the best interests of the parties.
