MicroPact Awarded Contract To Deploy entellitrak as Correspondence Management System for Department of Veterans Affairs New System Provides Streamlined Process for Managing Correspondence Across Agency

The contract was awarded through a partnership with Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS), an international communications and IT company serving government and commercial organizations.
The entellitrak Correspondence Management System will be used throughout the VA to manage all correspondence between the organization and veterans and their families, as well as other government officials and organizations, including congressional, state and local leaders. The system will support the VA Central Office (VACO), Veterans Heath Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and the National Cemetery Administration (NCA).
