Milanoo Applies for Arbitration to Take Back Disputed Domain Name

CHENGDU, China, Sept. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to infringement of Milanoo.com's proprietary rights, Milanoo.com has filed for arbitration against Milanoo.cc. Milanoo.com's complaint regarding the <Milanoo.cc> domain name was successfully filed and bears the docket number DCC2013-0003.

According to Milanoo.com, Milanoo.cc, registered on May 23, 2011, has profited from making use of Milanoo.com's visibility and search volume to mislead customers into buying products on the site. This fraudulent act has resulted in many customers transferring a lot of their complaints to Milanoo.com, the company claims.

Milanoo registered the <Milanoo.com> domain name in 2007 and has used this domain to host its Milanoo-branded marketplace since its first sale in 2008.
