Milberg Partner Ariana J. Tadler Ranked by Chambers USA Among "Leading Lawyers for Business" in E-Discovery Practice
NEW YORK, June 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business has once again included Milberg partner Ariana J. Tadler in this year's nationwide rankings of "Leading Lawyers" in E‑Discovery practice.
Ms. Tadler chairs the E‑Discovery Practice Group at Milberg LLP and, according to Chambers, is described by clients as "a go-to person" who is "really skilled and really talented." The publication notes that she offers particular experience in discovery issues arising from plaintiff-side disputes, and is seen as a "class act" in this space. Ms. Tadler, a member of Milberg LLP's Executive Committee, founded Milberg's E‑Discovery Practice Group. The group is comprised of lawyers and technologists. She is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading authorities on electronic discovery. She serves on The Sedona Conference®'s Board of Directors and is Chair Emeritus and a 5-year past chair of the Steering Committee for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, the preeminent "think tank" on e‑discovery. She is one of the lead attorneys in several cases alleging that major food companies misled consumers by labeling products containing GMOs as "natural" and serves on the Steering Committee in In Re Target Corp. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation.
