A veteran to the medical device industry, Mr. Haire brings twenty two years of experience to Millstone's renowned Quality team. He will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining company-wide compliance systems and working closely with customers to ensure the highest quality standards possible. Mr. Haire comes to Millstone with over two decades of quality focused experience at one of the top medical device manufacturers in the world. Most recently, Mr. Haire served as Upstream Quality Manager where he led his quality team in design transfer and new product solutions. Mr. Haire started his career as a Quality Tech back in 1991 after which he experienced consistent internal growth holding integral roles in the following positions: Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer, Validation Engineer and Senior Upstream Quality Engineer.
