MiMedx to meet with FDA on October 28th
MARIETTA, Ga., Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MiMedx Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDXG), an integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of patent protected regenerative biomaterials and bioimplants processed from human amniotic membrane, announced today that the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") has rescheduled its meeting with the Company to take place on October 28, 2013. This meeting to discuss the recent Untitled Letter MiMedx received from the FDA was initially scheduled for October 16, 2013, but was postponed due to the recent partial Federal Government shutdown.
