Mind Technologies, Inc. Licenses Software Applications to VOIS Inc.

CARDIFF, Calif., Dec. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Technologies, Inc. (OTC-MTEK), a leading provider of thought-controlled user interface software applications, today announced that it has entered into a License Agreement with VOIS, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board – VOIS) whereby it has granted VOIS a non-exclusive license to use, develop and commercialize Mind Technologies' three thought-controlled software applications, Mind Mouse, Master Mind and Think-Tac-Toe. In exchange for the grant of the license, VOIS has paid a one-time license fee by the issuance to Mind Technologies of 7 million shares of VOIS common stock.
