SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American teen pop quartet Mindless Behavior have been preparing for the start of their biggest headlining U.S. tour to date, The #1 Girl Tour, which kicks off in Richmond, VA on July 5th. After growing a rabid fan base touring with Justin Bieber, Backstreet Boys and Janet Jackson, Mindless Behavior will cover over 25 cities including New York City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Atlanta and D.C., to name a few. Tickets for the #1 Girl Tour are moving quickly with multiple markets already sold out. The tour finds the fan frenzied pop group playing in venues more than twice the size as the ones they played during their last U.S. headlining tour just a few months ago. The #1 Girl Tour, presented by AEG Live, includes special guests Jacob Latimore, Lil' Twist, and Interscope Recording artist Kayla Brianna.
"We've been working really hard in rehearsals for the tour and are really excited for our fans to see the new show. We can't wait to hit the road looking for our all of our #1 Girls!" says Princeton.
Mindless Behavior – comprised of Prodigy, Roc Royal, Ray Ray and Princeton – released their full-length debut album #1 Girl in September 2011 to critical acclaim on Streamline/Conjunction/Interscope Records. The album, which debuted in the Top Ten of the Billboard Top 200 album chart, has sold over 300,000 copies, 2.9 million ringtones, and over 650,000 singles and with the infectious tracks "Hello," "My Girl," "Mrs. Right," amongst others. Mindless Behavior have racked up over 120 million views on YouTube, over 1.4 million Facebook fans, and have been crowned "the princes of social media" by Teen Vogue. Their most recent music video for "Hello" shot to #1 in its first week on the popular music video countdown show on "106 & Park" on BET.
