The merger with Mindstream Interactive is a result of the recent acquisition of Marquette Group by parent company, Eastport Holdings, a Memphis, TN-based owner of a diversified portfolio of media and advertising agencies nationwide.
Mindstream Interactive has been an expert source for digital marketing for approximately 15 years, helping major brands like AARP Member Advantages, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stanley Steemer and Whirlpool create effective digital footprints. The new union will allow Mindstream Interactive to become experts in feeding key GPS and data aggregators like DTMI Spatial, Axciom and Factual.
