Mirati Therapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering Of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: MRTX) today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $75.0 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Mirati expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Mirati.
