Highlights of the 7-day Alaska voyage include:

• 12 lucky guests aboard a spacious, 160-foot adventure yacht they can make their own for the week, with a personalized itinerary suited to their tastes, including hospitality and comfort evoking the feeling of a private yacht.

• Indulgence in culinary mastery, led by former chef to the stars, Dave Long, whose navy career and travels around the world inspired him to become a chef. He was a private chef for Dr. Dre and famous golfer Phil Michelson. He serves the freshest five-star cuisine, including a special Beach Bonfire Breakfast cooked on a cast iron skillet, with biscuits baked from scratch, eggs and moose sausage. Another favorite dish is Long's Grilled Alaskan halibut with Dungeness crab, mashed potatoes, garlic blistered green beans, veal stock reduction and sweet corn oil. A curated wine list, local beer and well-stocked bar are also onboard, along with a Cicerone Beer Certified crew member.
