Firm Hires Daniel Berenbaum, to Cover Semiconductors

STAMFORD, Conn., May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MKM Partners today announced that Daniel Berenbaum has joined as an Executive Director in its Equity Research department to cover semiconductor companies. He will be based in MKM's Stamford headquarters. Mr. Berenbaum has followed the semiconductor sector since 2006, most recently at Auriga USA, where he also served as the Director of Research. His prior experience includes seven years in a variety of technical and management roles at Applied Materials, as well as five years as a nuclear power trained surface line officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Berenbaum has a B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy, has published several technical papers and is the holder of a U.S. patent.
