The deal signals a new era of platform choice for brokers and agents in Northern California. MLS platform choice supports MLSListings' vision of placing the control of MLS data accessibility in the hands of the subscriber.
Paragon is a dynamic software platform that helps real estate professionals more easily manage their businesses. MLSListings subscribers will have access to Paragon's new Client Connect portal, where real estate agents and their clients can collaborate online in real-time, during the home buying and selling process. Paragon's intuitive navigation, compatibility with both Mac and PC browsers and multi-tasking functionality increase efficiency for busy real estate professionals. Its mobile-optimized platform offers MLS members of all experience levels an easy, helpful solution to accessing and organizing listings data.
MLSListings is one of a few MLSs nationwide with the technical acumen to create broker and agent solutions to enhance platform performance. The implementation of Paragon at MLSListings will leverage the MLSListings Database and Listing Input module, which MLSListings powers in its Aculist product suite, while adding a new, modern MLS system architecture.
