Commercial Launch expected in Q3 2010

EVEN YEHUDA, Israel, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mobile Star Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: MBST), a developer of coin-operated karaoke vending machines, announced today that the company successfully completed a 30-day pilot of its personal karaoke booth in New York.

The pilot took place at a popular Westchester amusement over the recently concluded winter holiday season.  Entertainment seekers used the proprietary Mobile Star karaoke booth frequently, keeping the vending machine occupied continuously throughout the pilot.

Revenues collected by the Mobile Star during the pilot were greater than anticipated, and proved extremely competitive against many of the most popular entertainment coin-operated machines.  The strong revenue potential is measured in terms of return on investment rate for the machine operator.

Mobile Star Corp. received positive and constructive feedback during the pilot, which will enable the fine-tuning of the karaoke booth prior to mass production.

Commercial launch of the Mobile Star is expected in Q3 2010.
