In this new role, Hines will be responsible for exploring and evaluating new digital technologies, unearthing the latest trends in consumer online behavior and collaborating with mono designers, writers, creative directors and strategists to craft breakthrough digital ideas for clients. In addition, Hines will be accountable for all of mono's digital partners and provide leadership and development of best practices.

Prior to joining mono, Hines was the vice president of strategic services at the Web technology company Ratchet, where he helped clients Ameriprise Financial, General Mills and Red Wing Shoe Co. develop technology strategies to deepen consumer engagement online. Before Ratchet, Hines was director of internet operations at Fallon, where he worked on numerous award-winning digital initiatives for clients such as BMW of North America, Sony, and Nikon, USA.
