Monument Capital Group LLC Signs Deal with Vortex Systems LLC
WASHINGTON, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Monument Capital Group LLC (MCG) today announced the signing of an international distribution and equity acquisition agreement with Vortex Systems LLC.
Vortex Systems LLC (vortexsystems.us) is the principal supplier to the U.S. Border Patrol of unattended ground sensors (UGS). The Vortex sensors are primarily deployed on the U.S. Mexico border. Vortex, through its "Monitron" brand, produce, market and install UGS systems for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, law enforcement, government agencies and private enterprise.
Monument Capital Group (monumentcapitalgroup.com) is a private investment and advisory firm headquartered in Washington DC. Founded by former Carlyle executive Robert Dunn and former White House Special Assistant Douglas Baker, MCG focuses on investments in the homeland security and defense sectors.

Monument Capital Group LLC will partner with Vortex internationally. MCG will focus on developing channel partner distribution capabilities for Vortex worldwide.
The agreement also outlines a structure whereby Monument Capital Group LLC can acquire up to 80% of the outstanding equity of Vortex Systems LLC.
