Morningstar Credit Ratings Assigns Preliminary Ratings to CSAIL 2016-C5 Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-C5 (CSAIL 2016-C5)

NEW YORK, Jan. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC today assigned preliminary ratings to the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction CSAIL 2016-C5 Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-C5 (CSAIL 2016-C5). The collateral supporting CSAIL 2016-C5 consists of 59 mortgage loans secured by 241 commercial real estate properties. The preliminary ratings are based on information disclosed and known to Morningstar as of Jan. 20, 2016.
