Jim Prokopanko , Mosaic's President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the BMO Capital Markets 22nd Global Metals & Mining Conference held in Hollywood, Florida.  The presentation is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. 

Richard Mack , Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Dr. Mike Rahm , Vice President Market and Strategic Analysis, will be attending the 17th Annual Goldman Sachs Agribusiness Conference also on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Mack and Rahm will be presenting at 9:50 a.m. Eastern Standard Time in New York, New York.

On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, Prokopanko will speak at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Global Agriculture Conference. This conference is being held in Miami, Florida, and the presentation will be at 12:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
