MOTOR Magazine and LIQUI MOLY Announce the Winner of the 2012 LIQUI MOLY Pit Crew Sweepstakes
TROY, Mich., Dec. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MOTOR Magazine and LIQUI MOLY announced the winner of the 2012 LIQUI MOLY Pit Crew Sweepstakes as Rod Reisdorf. Rod is the owner of Mr. Best Wrench in Grand Island, New York. He will join the LIQUI MOLY Team Engstler pit crew for the 2012 Rolex 24 at Daytona next month.
This sweepstakes served as a joint effort to build awareness among the MOTOR Magazine readership of LIQUI MOLY and their products in the US market. This alliance between the two organizations was a great opportunity to engage over 132,000 MOTOR Magazine subscribers with an introduction to various products that were only recently made available in the United States.
"MOTOR Magazine readers want to know about the latest products in the marketplace and the tie to the racing venue was an added bonus as many are racing enthusiasts," said John Lypen MOTOR Magazine Editor and Publisher.
"Congratulations to Rod Reisdorf. We look forward to have him in our pit crew at Daytona," said Peter Baumann, head of marketing at LIQUI MOLY. "The Rolex 24 at Daytona will put our products to test. We sell not only motor oils and additives made in Germany – we sell performance."
