SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT), VTech Communications, Inc. and VTech Telecommunications, Ltd. today announced that they have entered into a Settlement and License Agreement that will end their pending patent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas.

The lawsuit related to six Motorola patents asserted against VTech.
