The Marinade & Serving Caddy features FLIP & FLAVOR™, a universal locking lid that allows both sides of foods to be marinated with a flip of a tray. Marinating waves allow the marinade to flow around all parts of the meat, not just the bottom. Foods with acids, alcohol or salt should be marinated no more than two hours; meat left in the tray too long can start to chemically "cook."
