The award identifies the best real estate marketing in the country. As a finalist, Merrick Towle Communications developed two campaigns in the Marketing category for Best Overall Leasing Campaign for a Rental Apartment Community for clients, The NRP Group's Cevallos Lofts in San Antonio, Texas, and The Tower Companies' The Blairs in Silver Spring, Maryland.
