MTS Announces Declaration of Quarterly Cash Dividend

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC), a leading global supplier of high performance test systems and position sensors, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2013. This is MTS Systems Corporation's 125th consecutive quarterly dividend.
