Munchkin, Inc. Announces Its Munchkin Bunch "Class of 2013"
Select Babies Become Stars of Munchkin's Social Media Pages and Win $1,000 College Scholarships
NORTH HILLS, Calif., Aug. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Munchkin, Inc., leading designer and manufacturer of infant and toddler products, today revealed the six babies and toddlers voted as its newest Munchkin Bunch members. The babies will be spotlighted on Munchkin's Facebook page now through February 2013, where fans are encouraged to follow the members as they learn, grow, reach new milestones and graduate as the Munchkin Bunch "Class of 2013." In exchange for providing ongoing updates, each member will receive monthly Munchkin product deliveries, as well as a $1,000 award for their college funds.

Today, Munchkin announced Cecilia Valenzuela (8-months-old), Colton Gilbert (23-months-old), Ella Rower (22-months-old), James Woo (14-months-old), Jayden Dahlen (4-months-old) and Oakland Schrotenboer (19-months-old) as the "Class of 2013." The six members reside all around the U.S., from Plantation, Fla., Ammon, Idaho, Sylvania, Ohio, Vacaville, Calif., Aurora, Ill., and Grand Rapids, Mich.
The Munchkin Bunch "Class of 2013" was selected through a public nomination and voting process on the company's Facebook page last month. Fans were asked to help select the most fun, modern, clever and cute baby photos that best personify the Munchkin brand.
Munchkin is inviting parents and grandparents of infants and toddlers to follow the company's Facebook page for updates and product giveaways as the six members grow and use Munchkin items in the nursery, safety, feeding, bath, travel and care categories.
