CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ACPA has officially recognized the Carolinas Center for Cleft Lip & Palate Surgery with full approval. They are now the only ACPA-approved team in the Charlotte area and one of only four teams in North Carolina.

The ACPA recognized the Carolinas Center for Cleft Lip & Palate team for exceeding rigorous standards required for approval, including Team Composition, Management, Patient Communication, Cultural Competence, Psychological & Social Services and Outcomes Assessment.
