Grant as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective January 1st, 2012.  Mr. Grant was formerly Chief Executive Officer and President of Bausch & Lomb Surgical and President of Allergan Medical, a division of Allergan.  Mr. Grant has been a board member for myoscience since November 2010 and this latest announcement is a reflection of the company's continuing development as a commercial company in the global aesthetics market.
