332,000 volunteers currently provide 9.6 million hours of service annually on public lands, across 9 Federal Agencies and multiple state and local agencies. A modernized volunteer.gov will be instrumental in supporting DOI Secretary Jewell's goal of 1,000,000 annual volunteers on public lands.
In addition to this newest award, Phase One has been recently selected for development work at:
