Nation's Top Electronics, Manufacturing, and Medtech Events Join Forces in Boston

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today UBM Canon announces that six top electronics, manufacturing, and medtech tradeshows and conferences will join forces in Boston for a comprehensive co-located event this spring. Boston, home to Harvard, Boston University, and MIT, has long been a center of electronics and medical research, and electronics and medical device manufacturing has grown substantially around this core. Serving this New England audience, the co-located events will take place at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, May 6-7, 2015.

Returning to Boston after a three-year absence, the Embedded Systems Conference (ESC), the industry's largest, most comprehensive technical conference for embedded systems professionals in the United States, now joins five other UBM Canon events at the exposition: Electronics New England, BIOMEDevice Boston, Design & Manufacturing New England, PLASTEC New England, and Quality Expo Showcase.

These UBM Canon events include dynamic conference sessions relevant to all electronics and manufacturing professionals, with topics including the challenges of wireless technology in medical devices, innovative medical device design, 3D printing, and quality management. This year's ESC conference will also include a Demo Hall, featuring the latest tools and technologies for designing better embedded systems.
