NativeOne Becomes First Native-Owned Broker-Dealer Member of the NYSE to Participate in Public Securities Offering.
NEW YORK, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NativeOne Institutional Trading LLC is pleased to become the first and only Native-American owned broker-dealer NYSE member to participate in a public securities offering. Oregon Health & Science University invited NativeOne to participate in their recent $126,365,000 bond underwriting. Lead underwriters were J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley, and NativeOne was a co-manager alongside Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Loop Capital Markets and Cabrera Capital Markets, LLC.
Oregon Health & Science University, located in Portland, Oregon, is a public corporation that provides a wide array of patient care, educational, research, and outreach services to residents throughout the Northwest and beyond. The university operates two hospitals and hosts schools of medicine, nursing, dentistry and pharmacy (in conjunction with Oregon State University).
