With over 20 years' experience, Tara is a recognized leader in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Animal Health labeling. It was whilst working in industry at AbbVie, Boston Scientific, Wyeth, and Intervet, that she developed her passion for end-to-end labeling, from safety through to distribution.

Tara brings her extensive experience to clients, and recently delivered a session at the third BLUE™ User Conference in Chicago, which saw its largest attendance yet. With a theme of 'Better Process, Better Decisions' the event saw representatives from the world's leading pharmaceutical and packaged goods companies in attendance. Her session titled 'Breaking down the walls for better process' looked at the idea of 'working smarter' – having a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, transparency, clear governance, together with a review of tools that can move an organization to the next level of efficiency.

At the conference BLUE presented their first ever 'Packaging Leadership Awards' and Navitas is delighted to report that Tara was a recipient Blue's Packaging Leadership Award for courageous leadership in championing artwork excellence.
