Navy CDR Albert Desmarais (Ret.) Named Director of ESN's Navy Business Development, to Assist with ESN's VA Market Development
ARLINGTON, Va., April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering Services Network Inc. (ESN), an engineering and technology solutions company that provides services to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, has named retired Navy Cmdr. Albert J. Desmarais as director of business development for its Navy operations, and will provide additional marketing support for its Veterans Affairs and Maritime operations.

Mr. Desmarais brings to ESN an extensive background in ship maintenance, nuclear engineering, information technology, project management, executive coaching and process improvement.

Mr. Desmarais said his business development efforts led to a VBA portfolio growth from $650,000 assessment task in 2008 to $7.5 million in 2009.
Previously, Mr. Desmarais supported lean implementations for NAVSEA at Norfolk and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyards. He commissioned in 1987 and retired from the Navy in 2007.
