STOCKHOLM, November 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
"We are making a comeback," says Carl-Christian Wallin, Business Area Manager for Life Cycle Management at NCP No Common People AB. The company, founded in 1986, is now making a comeback by adding a new business area to the portfolio and organising themselves around the core values personality in business relationships, reliable deliveries and the belief that this is what the customers want.
Wanting to excel in senior IT maintenance and project steering with a powerful combined experience of the IT management business the team at No Common People is reshaping their offer to the market to better meet its needs. They are recruiting strong IT profiles in the selected areas. Since June 2015 they have five new consultants and more are coming.
- The team working at No Common People all have long experience from the IT area and from the business. We are all driven by an open entrepreneurial spirit and are genuinely interested in our customers' challenges. We can help them figure out what needs to be done and how to do it. We are not "anyone". Customers quickly learn they can trust us to get things done, that they can have an honest open dialogue with us. We roll up our sleeves and get the job done, notes Carl-Christian.
No Common People will grow by building close, long-term relationships with customers and partners, believing that the relationships is what matters. Non-personal sales is not their way to go.
- "We do not sell any consultant to any customer which can be the experience from larger consultant companies - we put lots of effort into finding the right person to the right assignment. We are not afraid to turn down a deal if it does not feel right both for our us and our customer. We belive in Win-Win. We think our customers will appreciate this and trust us more," continues Carl-Christian.
No Common People will also extend their offering of courses, seminars and services.
