The Double Digest Finder recommends optimum conditions for a double digest, including buffer, incubation temperature and supplement requirements. Simple scrolling lists allow users to quickly choose two enzymes and access all the information they need to perform double digests.

NEB's Enzyme Finder sorts restriction enzymes by category, sequence or name, and provides you detailed information for each enzyme. The tool contains links directly to the NEB website, and can email results directly to the user.
