Cloud-based technology to enhance employee benefits administration for leading producer of metal castings

(NEI) has selected BENEFITFOCUS HR INTOUCH® to transform its benefits administration strategy from paper dependent to cloud-based. Headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin, NEI is a leading American producer of quality castings, manufacturing durable products such as manhole covers and grates that are foundational for any municipal infrastructure, and industrial castings for Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. With the adoption of the cloud-based portal HR InTouch, NEI will initiate a fundamental modernization of their benefits management systems and gain access to the latest tools that simplify benefit enrollment, employee communication and benefits education.
HR InTouch seamlessly integrates all plan options into a single enrollment workflow, providing one place for NEI's 2,200 benefit-eligible employees and retirees to shop and enroll in coverage. NEI will leverage the portal's rules-based engine and advanced decision support tools to present healthcare information in a way that is easy to understand. The BENEFITFOCUS® Plan Shopping App provides guidance throughout the enrollment process, displaying the correlation between health-related behavior and out-of-pocket costs for each plan option. Additionally, a video library featuring more than 300 videos empowers NEI's employees to make more informed decisions about their healthcare and benefit elections.
