Sueltz to the company's board of directors.
Ms. Sueltz has approximately 30 years of relevant industry experience, most recently serving as CEO of LogLogic, Inc., and SurfControl, Inc. During her tenure as LogLogic CEO, Ms. Sueltz increased the company's number of customers from 400 to more than 1,000, successfully completed the acquisition and integration of Exaprotect, and achieved a leadership position in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management. Ms. Sueltz, a veteran technology executive, also held senior leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, IBM and Salesforce.com. She currently serves as an independent director of Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, UpStart Mobile, Inc., and Objectivity, Inc. She also serves as a board member with the American Foundation for the Blind.
NEI also announced the resignation of Dennis A. Kirshy as an independent board director. Mr Kirshy has served on NEI's board since 1997 with distinction.
