Truett is responsible for establishing company operations and process improvement in international markets as the company expands worldwide starting in Canada this Spring. As an energetic and accomplished leader in strategic and tactical planning for overall company process and operations, Truett brings a wealth of direct sales and executive level experience.

Prior to his appointment at Nerium, Truett served as Chief Operating Officer and President of International at Mannatech Inc. While in this role, Truett led the company's operational efforts in 20 plus markets and was accountable for all IT systems, supply chain and strategic decisions for the company as one of the members of the Senior Executive Office.
Before working at Mannatech Inc., Truett worked at USANA Health Sciences, a manufacturer of high-quality supplements, personal care and weight management products in over 18 plus countries. After starting as Director of IT, Truett moved up to Chief Information Officer and later took on additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer. Truett was instrumental in the creation of lean operating practices around the world and championed progressive ideas in enterprise and technology solutions as COO.
Truett was also employed with Humana Inc., one of the Nation's largest publicly traded health-benefits companies, where he was accountable for all systems related to corporate sales marketing and telemarketing activities. In addition, Truett served as Manager of International and Government Programs for Aetna, and Proposal Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
