FLEXPortal provides customers with control and complete visibility into multiple components of their Net Access account, from support tickets and invoices to service-specific usage summaries and analytics. It has a clean, intuitive, easy-to-use layout, and features a responsive design allowing it to be accessed via any device—smartphone, tablet or laptop—anywhere, at any time.
The new portal leverages FLEXPlatform, Net Access' custom-built internal management & monitoring platform that combines Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) with billing and product automation functionality. FLEXPortal uses an API to interact with each of the systems that make up the overall platform, and will provide a unified user experience for each of the services Net Access offers. It also has the ability to support functionality such as notifications for events generated from support responses to data center badge access.
Some of the other benefits that customers will see from FLEXPortal include:
- Infrastructure - Access to details and analytics pertaining to specific services, including rack and server inventories, network assignments, alarm monitoring and power consumption.
- Tickets – Ability to manage work order requests, open new tickets, and communicate with Net Access support professionals.
- Orders- Access and track all current and past service orders.
- Finance– Check account balances; view, download, and pay bills online, or update contact information and/or payment method.
- Logistics – Register and track data center visitors and shipments
