New At-Home Workout Program Called "Prison Body Workout" Launches on Kickstarter
The idea that a brand new gym filled with shiny equipment is needed to become fit, healthy and strong is a huge myth. "The Prison Body Workout" DVD, a new all-natural workout program developed in the most minimalist of training environments, behind bars, is ready to set the record straight and has recently announced a crowdfunding campaign to help mass produce it.
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- If the latest exercise and diet trends are to be believed, becoming healthy and fit requires the use of all sorts of machines, expensive supplements and overly complicated diet changes. The fact is, many in the "know" laugh off these kinds of claims. Chief among these voices is the start-up company HDfitness and training guru Dale "Diezel" Higgs. After running into legal problems in his youth, Diezel ended up behind bars. In his quest to make the most out of prison and turn his life around, Diezel got himself into tremendously fit shape through a combination of smart training, dedication, hard work and certification as Master of Wellness Trainer. Fast forward almost 20 years, Diezel is now a very positive member of his community and he's set to share this knowledge in a set of DVDs titled "The Prison Body Workout." This program outlines exactly how to look and feel amazing using only a chair, bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells. HDfitness has today launched a Kickstarter campaign to mass produce the DVD set and show the world the truth about getting into shape quickly and effectively.
"Fitness is my passion and teaming up with a world-class entrepreneur like Morey Wright to bring 'The Prison Body Workout' to the masses is a dream come true," commented Diezel, who started this program in the back of a barbershop. "This program has been proven to work in the worst conditions, and it's brought my clients in the free world into the type of shape that turns heads and has them looking their best. It's DOPE!"
Results from following the program have been very dramatic according to HDfitness. Participants have gone from skinny to buff, men in their early 50's have undergone transformations that have left them stronger, fitter and more attractive than they were in their twenties. Some of the most astonishing breakthroughs have been with women following the program. Women have lost huge amounts of weight, toned their bodies and one even came off her blood pressure medication.
The DVD set will contain four DVDs that outline the entire training program, as well as a nutrition guide and workout plan. Through Kickstarter it will be available for a reduced price of $60, rather than the list price of $79.
HDfitness will also use the funds to launch "Prison Body Workout" classes around the country, where they envision hiring former non-violent offenders to help them earn money and restore their lives.
