A recent study commissioned by Frigidaire® found that nearly 30 million American dishwasher owners during their lifetime have wiped off a dirty dish or glass and served it at a gathering or meal after their dishwasher failed to get it clean. While less than 1 of 5 dishwasher owners would feel most comfortable serving their in-laws (4%) and children (14%) a dish that wasn't fully clean, significant others were not as safe — more than 15 million admitted to feeling most comfortable serving their spouse or significant other a dish that had to be 'wiped' clean.
