Danni Morris, former Treasurer of WPX Energy, Inc. will become NGR's Chief Financial Officer and Michael Brown, former Vice President-Geology with Sandridge Energy, Inc. will be NGR's Senior Vice President—Geology and Geophysics. Morris replaces Rob Moore, who had been serving a dual role as CFO and Petroleum Engineer and will now become Senior Vice President, Production Operations & Engineering. "We continue to augment the NGR team with high quality individuals to fulfill our vision of becoming the premier East Texas oil producer, we believe Danni and Mike are franchise players and we are proud to have them aboard," said CEO and Chairman Ralph Hill. Mrs. Morris has a 20 plus year tenure in the energy business having performed most of her career at The Williams Companies, Inc. and WPX Energy in business development and treasury roles. Mr. Brown has over 29 years' experience as a petroleum geologist and management professional and has performed significant roles at Sandridge Energy, Chesapeake Energy, TXO Production and Exxon.
