New Lennar Townhomes Rising On Site Of Former Downtown Indianapolis Bakery
INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), the nation's leading homebuilder, today announced plans for a new community situated in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The former Omar Bakery, located at East 16th Street and Bellefontaine Avenue, will soon make way for an intimate collection of 34 townhomes in what is now one of Indianapolis's hottest up-and-coming neighborhoods.
Dubbed The Bakery Townhomes, the new community is located in Monon16, in the venerable Old Northside area now undergoing $50 million in redevelopment initiatives.
