NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A new video from NTD's news team has revealed a shocking story, still unfolding in China and currently unknown to most people: the alleged harvesting of human organs from live prisoners of conscience in China, particularly practitioners of the Falun Gong meditation practice. The video, titled Killed For Organs: China's Secret State Transplant Business is now circulating on YouTube.

NTD started to provide investigative reports on forced organ harvesting in China back in 2006, when evidence of these horrific crimes first emerged. In this new video, legislators, doctors, lawyers and concerned citizens around the world share their views on this most troubling subject, which is now being called "abhorrent" and "a crime against humanity."
Just a week ago, the Canadian government publicly awarded NTD for its role in exposing atrocities like forced organ harvesting in China to Canadians. Dr. Joe Wang, the president of NTD Canada and recipient of the Diamond Jubilee award, said upon accepting the award, "All information points to one conclusion, that this heinous practice is systematic, large scale, and still on-going in China. NTD will continue exposing it. When all people in China and in the West know about this and stand up against it, more human lives will be saved."
On October 3rd, 106 U.S. Congressional representatives signed a bipartisan Dear Colleague letter to the State Department, urging them to reveal information on organ harvesting that they may have obtained from their sources in China.
