COOKEVILLE, Tenn., April 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP)'s brand new program for educators, Research Experiences for STEM Educators and Teachers (RESET), is accepting applications for this summer.
RESET provides educators with summer research experience at participating Army Laboratories over the course of six weeks, followed by opportunities to continue professional development online in the fall. The goal is to reinforce teachers' content knowledge through research experience and interactions with Army and Department of Defense scientists and engineers. At the completion of the program, teachers will be able to translate knowledge and experience into enhanced STEM research curricula and enriched learning for their students. Participants receive a competitive stipend.
